Great list! But I dont think I would post to the big proxy top sites. All the schools check those and ban the urls that show up. Well that is what I have heard.
The best way I would think is Viral. Post it on myspace and let it go from there.

@Jason: He could always create the list externally and load it using JavaScript or AJAX. This way the list will not show up in the source of the website therefor the school’s blocks would not recognize that it is there.

Thanks for the article. I’ve submitted to a few of these sites but as someone commented, I’m afraid that schools and work network admins use these lists to filter sites. I started making tons of friends on MySpace to try to promote the site virally. Let’s see how that goes..
