Requirements:
I am very lenient about which websites that I buy, however I will not purchase any myspace resource, web proxy, image uploading, or turnkey websites. I am looking to buy established websites that provide value to the visitor as well as the website owner.

How much am I willing to pay?
That really depends on what kind of site you are selling. The domain name, age of the site, monetization methods, monthly revenue, amount of backlinks, search engine optimization, and website traffic all go into play.

Am I interested in a joint venture?
While I am more interested in just purchasing your website, I am entertaining offers to have a partnership with you, if the website you created/are creating is unique and has a lot of potential.

What is my budget?
Again, this really depends on what the site is about, but for a quick estimate you should know that my limit is around $10,000.
